• Please note that  having a credit card on file will be preferred.    
• There are no fees for cancellations made the day prior or sooner.

It is my ethical responsibility to ensure confidentiality and privacy. Due to this:

• We am unable to respond to any review, positive or negative.
• We encourage current and past clients to, as difficult as it may be, address any questions, concerns or complaints about our services directly to me so that we may properly address them.
• When working with LMHC's: We encourage you not to post a review, but if they feel that you must, do so using every precaution to protect your identity (for example, by using a pseudonym and private email address and taking care not to reveal any personal information).
• Unsolicited reviews are also addressed in the consent  forms of your intake paperwork where ethics of media and types of communication are covered.
